Brandon, with a background in technology and a keen eye for marketing, and his wife Tamires, a talented hairstylist with a deep-rooted passion for natural living, shared a common dream: to build a business that combined their unique skills and values. The true inspiration, however, came from a shared frustration with the personal care industry itself. They recognized a significant gap in the market—a lack of truly luxurious, natural products that genuinely celebrated Black beauty and catered to the specific needs of curly hair and skin.

They saw an industry that often overlooked or tokenized Black women, rarely, if ever, presenting them as the face of luxury. The Blacksher family decided to change that narrative.

Tamires, with her hands-on expertise and commitment to using simple, earth-based ingredients, began meticulously crafting her own natural soaps and formulas. She poured her heart and soul into every batch, ensuring each product was not only effective but also a work of art. Brandon, on the other hand, focused on the behind-the-scenes magic—building the online presence on platforms like Shopify, crafting the brand identity, and developing innovative ways to connect with their community, even leveraging AI to ensure their customer service is nothing short of A1 luxury.
